Shopping
How does the shopping cart work?
Click on the orange “Add to Cart” button for every item you want
to purchase. A new Paypal window will open where you can
keep track of your purchases until you checkout.
How do I view my cart?
At any time you can click the “View Cart” button and you will be
taken back to the shopping cart page.
How do I get back to micro-macramejewelry.com?
Click the “Return to Shopping” button (some older browsers may
ask you to open another window). When you are finished shopping, simply click
the “View Cart” button to get to your shopping cart. From here
you can go to the checkout page.
How can I add/ delete an item?
On your shopping cart page, you can change the numbers in the box to the left
of the product name and then click the "Update Cart" button. For example, you
can change the number of an item to 0 to delete it.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, Just click the button below.
Payment
Is Paypal safe?
Yes. We use Paypal for all of our transactions because it provides a proven safe
and secure method of online payment.
How do I pay with my credit card without joining Paypal?
If you don't wish to open a Paypal account, you
can use a credit card. Just click on the “Don’t
have a Paypal account?” link (see image below).
Why isn't my card working?
Double check that the information you provided is correct. Most times the problem
is a mis-spelling, a required field that is left blank or an extra space where
one shouldn’t be. If you still have a problem, contact us at support@micro-macramejewelry.com.
Can I just email you my credit card number?
No. It is never a good idea to send your credit card information via email.
Will you take an alternative form of payment?
Paypal offers an eCheck service that will withdraw money from your bank account without a credit card. You must sign up with Paypal for this service. Contact Paypal.com for more info.
We accept checks or money orders provided they cover all costs and shipping. Orders are not shipped until payments are fully cleared. Remember to provide us an email or phone number to contact you!

New Mexico residents will be charged a 6.625% sales tax.

How much does shipping cost?
You can calculate your shipping cost on the Paypal order page under "Your order summary" on the left side (see image below).
Or… you can use the following information:
United States:
Orders under $70 are shipped in Priority Flat Rate Envelopes or Flat Rate Small Boxes and include tracking and delivery confirmation (they do NOT include insurance). We do not directly issue refunds for lost or damaged shipments (see My order did not arrive or arrived damaged below). Some orders over $70 may fit in a Flat Rate Envelope and a refund on postage will be issued. Contact us at info@micro-macramejewelry.com if you would like a firm shipping cost.

How is my order shipped?
We ship via the United States Postal Service (www.usps.com) Priority and International Priority
shipping. A USPS tracking # will be sent when the order is shipped (except
for International Priority Flat Rate on orders less than $ 70). Orders sent to US destinations usually
take 3-4 days.
International orders usually take 7-10 days; however, delivery can depend on Customs and other delivery issues in the country of destination. Customs charges, duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Do you offer alternative shipping methods?
We can ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Please indicate delivery
method (ground, 3-day, overnight). The extra charge will be sent to you in
a Paypal invoice.
Returns
Can I return items from an order?
We accept returns for any defective merchandise. Please contact us at support@micro-macramejewelry.com before returning any items. Any returns must be shipped back
within 7 days of receipt.
If your item was damaged in transit, see below.
My order did not arrive or arrived damaged.
If damaged, please keep all packing material. Contact us at support@micro-macramejewelry.com.
We will send you information on how to file a claim with Paypal or USPS. We do not directly issue refunds for
lost or damaged shipments.

Will the DVD play in my DVD player?
Yes, the DVD is region coded as “0” so that it will play worldwide.
Are the Books, DVDs and Kits available as wholesale?
Our books and DVD are available as wholesale to qualified retailers (sorry… kits and thread are not).

Can you buy just the instructions for a kit?
Sorry, not at this time.
I'm having problems downloading/opening an ePattern.
Please go to the ePattern page for
instructions on downloading. You will need Adobe Acrobat in order to open
the eProject file. It is a free program and available at http://get.adobe.com/reader/. If your links have expired, contact us and we will send you new ones.
